Russia sells 56,565 tns of grain from state fund at NAMEX on Tue
MOSCOW, Jan 22 (PRIME) -- The Russian government raised 647.967 million rubles from the sale of 56,565 tonnes of grain from the state intervention fund at the National Mercantile Exchange (NAMEX) on Tuesday, as seen by PRIME in the materials of the exchange.
The fund has sold 525,358 tonnes of grain raising 5.337 billion rubles since October 23. The next trading session will be held on Wednesday.
The government ordered in October to sell up to 1.5 million tonnes from the fund in 2018–2019.
